Obligations To Masjidbrio

We expect accountability from every user, and for this reason we demand that you:

• Represent yourself as you do in everyday life.
• Provide accurate information about yourself and/or the organization(s) being represented.
• Create only one account for yourself or the organization being represented.
• Do NOT use our services for other than the intended purposes.
• Do NOT share your password with anyone.
• Do NOT give access of your account to others.
• Do NOT transfer your account to anyone.

We try to make Masjidbrio available to people of all ages. Be vigilant, and know that underage individuals may use our products and services; therefore, you are to act and hold yourself to a standard whereby you do not do anything inappropriate, unethical, illegal, or abusive. You are entirely responsible for your actions, and the repercussions of your actions will fall on you as well.

What You Can Or Can't Share

You may NOT use our products or services to do or share anything:

• That has restrictions or embargoes.
• That is illegal, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent.
• That infringes upon and/or violates the rights of another.
• That contains pornography of any form and kind.
• That supports bullying or is abusive.

You may NOT upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that could disable, overburden, and/or impair the proper workings or appearance of our products.

You may NOT access or collect data from our products using automated means.

You may NOT access or attempt to access data you are not allowed access to.

Subscriptions

To extend the usage of some of our modules, we receive monetary compensation through subscriptions. Once a payment is made for said subscriptions, a refund request can be made to us by email, but it is up to us to determine whether the transaction deserves a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.

Donations & Fundraiser Contributions

All donations will go to the mosque organization(s) it is intended for. We do not deduct any portion from the donations. If you make said monetary contributions, the mosque is responsible for refunds; therefore, you may request a refund from the mosque. It is up to the mosque to determine whether the donation deserves a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.

Card Charges

A mosque may charge you an agreed upon amount. We do NOT take anything whatsoever from the transactions. After said transactions are complete, the mosque is responsible for refunds; therefore, you may request a refund from the mosque. It is up to the mosque to determine whether the transaction deserves a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.

We can and may remove content you share in violation of our rules, and if applicable, we may take action against you or your account for reasons we consider valid.

To help support our community, we encourage you to report content or conduct that you believe violates your rights or our terms and policies.

It is required of you that you agree to our Terms and Conditions in order to use our products and services, and by using our products and services you agree to all the terms and conditions we specify.

We work constantly to improve our services and develop new features to make our products and services better for all users, so we may need to update these terms occasionally to accurately reflect our practices. We will notify all entities that use our products and services when there are changes to these terms. Once these rules are in effect, you will be bound by them and expected to act in accordance with them.

We want Masjidbrio to be a place where people feel welcome and safe to express themselves appropriately. If we determine that you have violated our terms, we may personally act against you. We may also suspend or disable your account if you create risk or legal exposure for us, or when we are required to do so by law.
